Aerospace Grade Four Channel Dual Frequency Semiconductor Laser

The product module contains four lasers with two wavelength frequencies, each frequency containing a local oscillator laser and a signal laser. Four lasers can flexibly switch control switches for enabling and frequency tuning. It has achieved high frequency stability, narrow linewidth, low RIN noise, laser output, tunable wavelength, good adaptability in high and low temperature environments, radiation resistance, and can cope with single particle effects. It has high reliability and good stability. Mainly used for space laser coherent communication, it can achieve real-time compensation for Doppler frequency shift.
