Job Description:

1. Responsible for the process design and continuous optimization of products, ensuring production efficiency and product quality;

2. Responsible for establishing and maintaining relevant process documents and records, including manufacturing manuals, process specifications, etc;

3. Participate in the full process project management of new products from sample preparation, trial production, to mass production; Participate in technical reviews at various stages of new product development, identify manufacturability requirements for new products

4. Lead the analysis and resolution of production site problems, formulate and promote the implementation of short-term and long-term improvement measures, and meet the goals of quality, delivery, and cost

5. Assist in the process of introducing new products to ensure their smooth production and delivery;

6. Participate in the continuous improvement and optimization of laser production lines, improve production efficiency and reduce costs;

7. Track and evaluate the latest manufacturing technologies and process methods, continuously improve process level and competitiveness
